TEMPLATE — REPLACE [BRACKETED] COMPANY DETAILS AND HAVE A SOLICITOR REVIEW BEFORE PUBLISHING.
Part 1

Terms & Conditions

Covers use of this website and, in outline, how we engage on projects. Individual projects are governed by their own written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence.

1. Who we are

This website (jurassicai.co.uk) is operated by Jurassic AI ("we", "us", "our"), [Company legal name], [registered in England and Wales under company number 00000000], with registered office at [Registered address]. You can contact us at wesley@jurassicai.co.uk or on 07801 091014.

2. Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version published here applies. You must not use the site in any way that is unlawful, that damages or interferes with it, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its connected systems.

3. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos, video and code — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. Client names and project descriptions in our portfolio are used with permission; screenshots remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Information, not advice

Content on this site is general information about our services and the use of AI in business. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation and should not be relied on as such. Results described in our case studies (including time savings) are specific to those businesses and are not a guarantee of results for yours.

5. Enquiries, consultations and bookings

Submitting an enquiry or booking an initial consultation does not create a contract for services. Initial consultations are free of charge and offered at our discretion. We will confirm any appointment by email; we may need to reschedule and will give you as much notice as we can. Any work we agree to carry out will be set out in a written proposal or agreement, which will govern that engagement.

6. Ai Rank reports

Ai Rank reports are produced using automated checks of publicly available information about your website together with queries to third-party AI assistants at a point in time. AI assistant outputs vary and change frequently; a report is a snapshot and an indication, not a guarantee of current or future visibility. Reports are provided for information only. By requesting a report you confirm you own or are authorised to act for the website submitted.

7. Ai Academy — register your interest

Registering interest in Ai Academy places you on a waiting list only. It does not create a subscription, reserve a place or commit you to any payment. Launch timing (currently planned for 2027), content, pricing and any founding-member terms may change before launch. Subscription terms will be published separately when the Academy opens.

8. Third-party links and embeds

This site links to and may embed content from third parties (for example social media feeds, video platforms and booking tools). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or reliance on its content, except that nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.

Part 2

Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Data controller

Jurassic AI, [Company legal name], [Registered address], is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact for privacy matters: wesley@jurassicai.co.uk. [ICO registration number, if applicable.]

2. What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

//Enquiries: name, company, email, phone (optional), the service you're interested in and your message.
//Consultation bookings: name, email, preferred date, time and call type.
//Ai Rank: your website URL, work email and an optional description of what you sell — plus the publicly available data about your website that our checks gather.
//Ai Academy interest: name, email and the topics you select.
//Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, via analytics (see Cookies).

3. Why we use it and our lawful basis

//To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations — legitimate interests and, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract.
//To produce and send your Ai Rank report — performance of a contract (providing the report you requested).
//To tell you when Ai Academy opens and about founding-member offers — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
//To send occasional relevant updates about our services to business contacts — legitimate interests, with an opt-out in every message.
//To keep the site secure and understand how it's used — legitimate interests.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and who act on our instructions under contract — for example email and CRM tools, scheduling software, analytics providers, hosting, and (for Ai Rank) the AI assistant platforms we query, which receive your website's URL and generic questions but not your contact details. [List providers, e.g. Google Workspace, Calendly/Cal.com, analytics provider.] Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and consultation data: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together (then for the life of the relationship plus 6 years for accounting and legal purposes). Ai Rank submissions and reports: 12 months. Ai Academy interest list: until launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: as set by the provider, typically 14–26 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email wesley@jurassicai.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers — to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and will notify you and the ICO where the law requires if a breach affects you.

8. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

//Essential: needed for the site and forms to work. Always on.
//Analytics: help us understand which pages are useful. [Provider]. Set only with your consent via the cookie banner.
//Third-party embeds: social feeds, video and booking tools may set their own cookies when loaded. See their policies.

You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer, or block cookies in your browser (some features may then not work).

10. Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy here and update the date at the top. Significant changes affecting how we use your data will be flagged to you directly where we can.
